On 01/11/2022 I've ordered 2 Bridgestone tyres (aASD2211364345). I went to Strood Elite Garages on 03/11/2022 to have the two tyres fitted and after the fitting I pointed to the garage staff that one tyre was Firestone instead of Bridgestone. The staff members acted like they didn’t notice the difference between my order and the fitted tyres. They’ve blamed it on asda tyres saying the wrong tyres were sent to them in the first place. I’ve asked the garage staff to refit my old tyres as the order was for two Bridgestones, but I was told that’s not necessary as all I need to do is call asda tyres and they will send out the right tyre for replacement.
Here where it all gets frustrating: asda tyres called the garage to ask about the tyres and the garage staff advised I was happy with the wrong tyres! That's obviously a big lie. Why would I ask for a written of wrong tyres fitted in the first place if I would be ok with the wrong tyres?
Asda tyres doesn't take responsability for sending the wrong tyres to the garage. The garage is lying about me accepting the wrong tyres and in the end I didn't get the tyres I paid for!
The lowest customer service you'll ever get is from asda tyres. Save yourself the trouble and frustration. Avoid asda tyres!

If it was possible to leave a zero-star rating I would. After being assured the tyres would be fitted as per the arrangement, I got a call from someone at Asda, late in the day, telling me the tyres could not be fitted for another 3 days, instead of the following am, due to lack of stock, contrary to the website and the agent I spoke to at the time of booking. It is clear that Asda and F1 Autocentres mislead customers with false promises, likely to just get the cash, knowing full well they can’t deliver the services. Also, I’m told by Asda that it could take 7 days to get my refund! They’re real quick to take your money, but make it difficult to get it back. I’ll never shop at Asda to F1 Autocentres EVER.

Abysmal service/customer service. Mobile fitter ... tyres did not show when promised 8 days in a row. I gave up ... purchased cheaper locally.
AVOID AT ALL COST !
Firstly Customer Service is appalling. I was on hold before the call was answered for in excess of 10mins each time,
Secondly, they book you into a garage without checking the availability with the garage.
Lastly, the tyre that I received was not as expected as there was missing information on the website and Asda refused to do anything about it. After a few 'don't knows', being put on hold, being directed back to the fitter and a couple of unanswered emails...I am now £288 out of pocket without even so much as the offer of an exchange.
Absolutely disgusted.
What an absolute disgrace these people are to the human society. I had a punctured tyre due to driving over a dangerous pothole on the M11. I ordered a tyre from Asda Tyres with mobile fitting. I was not only delivered the incorrect tyre model but mobile fitting (Essex Mobile Tyres) damaged my alloy and did not balance the wheel! I asked the fitter to remove the tyre, but he refused. And then he has the audacity to tell Asda Tyres that I was happy with the tyre and fitting.
Straight after the fitting, I made a complaint to Asda Tyres after numerous telephone calls and E-Mails with photos clearly showing the tyre model sent and the damage caused, but they disagreed with my complaint. They do not accept the fact that they delivered a complete different tyre to the one that I ordered. I ordered a Bridgestone Potenza, but I was sent a Bridgestone Turanza Eco which is half the price of the tyre that I brought. Thankfully I had called to ask for a document receipt the day I had ordered the tyre!
I offered them two options; to either give me a full refund, or to deliver the correct tyre but they refused both.
I have contacted my bank and this will be fully investigated. For sure I will be given my money back with the support of my bank as I have strong evidence to support my claim.
I will also be making a complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service for the trouble and upset caused.
I am not to take anything further with my alloy being damaged as I need a new alloy because my alloy is buckled due to the incident that happened on the M11. But this is a lesson learnt to go to a professional even with the simplest thing.
If you are in the right and they refuse a refund, go straight to your bank with evidence as they have the power to take the money back off of them! Stand for your rights!
Have very bad experience with this company and after 9 months they not sorted out my problem, only excuses. They use third party company's which don't cear about your car, they care only about your money.
I bought 4x tyres for my Q7 and ASDA send me to the local garage for change tyres and wheel alignments 4x4 to the "Bracknell Tyres & Battery" after the changing the tyres I found vibration on steering wheel and wheel alignments was done in 5 min, that is not possible! Then I have a lot of arguments with this garage !
After another complaining ASDA send me to the another garage WOODLEY AUTO CENTRE LTD, they as well misst 2 apoitments to waste of my time! Third time they done wheel alignments but after 6 months my rear tyres tread is gone, although all 4 tires were replaced at the same time and fron tyres till today in good condition!
Again was complain to ASDA but nothing sorted out in 9 months!!!
My recommendation, raning away from them!!!
Bad experience. Bought tyres online with a booked appointment for fitting. Arrived at the fitters to be told the tyres had not yet arrived. Contacted Asdatyres to be told that they could only communicate with the supplier by email, so could I hang on. Waited 90 minutes, tyres still not arrived. Called for an update to be told the supplier had not responded and Asdatyres were unsure they would within next few hours. Forced to cancel and asked for a refund.

I've got a call yesterday to confirm the right tyre was available for fitting, so went back to the garage and got it fitted. Happy end after all
Bought two new rear tyres fror my car as I had just picked up a nail in one, and it was to big for a repair. booked and paid for them on the website and then chose the closest garage with the earliest appointment slots
Turned up on time and the garage said they knew nothing of the appointment apart from when my tyres where dropped off that morning
Told they where to busy to fit them so suggested I ring round and try and find someone to help
Long story short found a garage to fit them and contacted asda to be reimbursed as I had to pay again to get them fitted
Sent e mail not answered despite saying they respond in 24 hours on the paperwork
After three attempts and literally 2 hours on hold got through to be told they don't reimburse fitting charges and that the garage shouldn't have actually given me the tyres (which I had paid for)
Apparently the garage and asda should have rescheduled another appointment, as the garage owner had already told me he was booked out for the next 3-4 days I was obviously expected to just carry on driving to work and ferrying the family around with the nail still in the tyre!!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have now learnt my lesson and won't be a repeat customer
the customer services are a joke
I will be taking this as far as I can as I am well out of pocket and will be looking to get my additional fitting costs returned
My advice is use a tyre company that actually knows what they are doing
Arrived at garage to be told I was an hour early (not true as the time was clearly stated on booking email) so had to go back wasting my time and petrol. Eventually fitted two front tyres but no wheel alignment, point this out and they said it wasn't on the job sheet. Completed a check and said a price to fix- had to show them that I had already paid for it to be done at the time of booking!! So not only wasted time and fuel but if I hadn't have challenged them I would have paid for a service that would not have been completed!! General attitude from the garage was that its not their fault as they are just the fitters, they often have problems with asda booking communication!!!
I went to the website and clicked mobile fitting as I had two flat tyres. At no point did I ever request a service that was not mobile fitting.
The website directs you to a page that displays much info about mobile fitting.
You are then directed to enter postcode, registration, select tyres and then you get a list of suppliers.
There is nothing to inform you that what you might be seeing are NOT mobile fitters, the information returned is based on your selections.
However all but one service was NOT mobile fitting.
I contacted Asda to express my disatisfaction. The Rep, said it was my fault, I selected a non-mobile service, I should know that unless it says it is a mobile fitting service then it is not. This is despite the user having selected mobile fitting from the outset.
At no point does it say returned results are not mobile.
The rep tried to claim there was a yellow banner showing clearly when the service is mobile. There is not.
I had to walk him through the site before he realised how easy it was to get the wrong results.
I was left without my car for an extra 48 hours. They could have just booked in the correct service but at an extra £20 charge. They refused to drop this extra charge and even wanted to charge an extra £5 for correcting it within 24 hrs.
The service is disgusting, incompetent, heartless and deceitful to the extreme.
A very, very upsetting experience and they simply don't care.
Just avoid, avoid avoid.
The worst customer service you could possibly experience.
UPDATE:
Quite incredibly, I receive another email from Asda Tyres 30 mins after the initial conversation.
This time to inform me that the tyres I selected would not be available from the corrct mobile fitter - this is the mobile fitter that appeared FIRST on the list of six or seven options, the only one that is in fact a mobile fitter.
The only tyres they can supply are an additional £15 each.
I spoke to a second rep, (it takes roughly 20 - 30 mins per time to contact them) This guy kept insisting I had not ordered mobile fitting. I asked him to stop repeating this lie as I had walked his colleague through the website process and I HAD selected mobile fitting.
He had the audacity to repeat this lie to me twice more. How many times do you call a customer service department and expect blatant lies to be fed back you repeatedly? I have mentioned that I would take this appalling service standard further to which he told me they weren't regulated by any Ombudsman.
The level of offence caused by these people is indescribable.
I have eventually asked for a refund. It will take up to 5 working days to get my money back. So quick to take your money, so slow to refund it.
Please, if you value your health, just stay away from them. What is the point on judging a company by what goes ok for people? The test of a service is how they act, respond and even talk directly to you when things do not go well.
Considering this is caused by their own misleading, incorrect, poorly designed online service makes it all the more galling.
I am at a loss to understand how on earth they sleep at night.
Choose anyone but these offensive people for the sake of your own stress levels.
FURTHER UPDATE:
rather than address any of the issues, Asda requested I remove the first names of the reps involved.
One of these names is already mentioned in another 1 star review by another reviewer, so the policy is clearly to (inconsistently) protect the welfare of staff involved in previous complaints before showing consideration for poorly treated customers.

Fantastic experience, Ruth the asda operator was brilliant, really smooth transaction after my initial mistake in ordering the wrong size tyres, would definitely recommend Asda Tyres.
